Delivery and Shipping Charges
Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the gift. Please check your delivery information carefully before you submit your order. You will be charged for redelivery if an incorrect address is given. Please provide a complete street address including department or suite number, if applicable, and a phone number for the recipient. Need it there faster? We would be happy to provide rush shipping quotes upon request. Please call for pricing.
When the temperature exceeds 72 degrees anywhere along the delivery route, gifts involving chocolate may only be shipped on Monday-Wednesday. Gratitude Goodies does not ship chocolate after Wednesday due to it’s delicate nature. Saturday or evening deliveries are also available but may incur additional charges. Please call 770-886-9598 to discuss your specific needs. Residential deliveries made when no one is available to receive the delivery will be left unless otherwise requested.
Because we pride ourselves on our excellent service and quick shipping and delivery we require that all cancellations be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Should your cancellation be received after shipping/delivering we will be unable to refund or cancel.
Each gift is packaged carefully but we understand damages may still occur. Please report damaged shipments immediately. Please keep all packaging in the event the shipper requests it. We will do our best to replace damaged products as your satisfaction is always our goal.
If the wrong item is shipped, and it is our error, the unopened package may be returned. Please call or email us within 5 days to obtain a return authorization. All merchandise must be returned in the original carton and in good condition.
No credit can be issued until the returned merchandise is received by us.
